A KSH (Központi Statisztikai Hivatal) legfrissebb adatai szerint 2022 harmadik negyedévében 100 lakosra 140,3 db mobiltelefon előfizetés jut. Ezt követően belátható az utcai telefonfülkék használata manapság erősen háttérbe szorult.
