The shared house (הבית המשותף) In 1890, the Isenberg and Hochberg families decided to leave the "estate" and build the "shared house" on the road leading to Nevi Rubin. The house, a stone house with four rooms. The room was for a synagogue, a school and the home of the moshavah council. In the yard stood an ancient four mulberry tree under whose shade the people of the colony gathered.
The "shared house" became a gathering place for the leaders of the Yishuv in those years and was called "Free Switzerland". Those who aspired to fulfill the dream of an independent and independent settlement came here because of the freedom and private initiative that characterized local life.
Visit the site and look for the cach, between the two small houses there are four big trees... see more for another hint.
