This cemetery was the Original Cemetery for the Nobel Ebenezer United Church
This pioneer cemetery is tucked in behind the public school east off Nobel Road, the old Hwy 69. While many of the original stones have been replaced with new monuments, others are badly faded or have simply gone missing over time. Many of the mighty trees seen in the photo have been cut down, but new trees are currently being re-planted. You can see the size of the old trees by their existing stumps.
The Old Church Building has recently been converted to the The Nobel Community Hall.
