David and Linda Pence established a Trust specifically for the beautification of the Village of Springvale. This previously undeveloped plot of land along the Mousam River channel through Springvale is a tribute to their ongoing generosity through the Pence Charitable Trust. Be sure to look downriver and enjoy the arched stone tunnel through which the Mousam flows.
