Holdworth Park was established in 1968 and is adjacent to what the locals call "The Rec" which includes two covered picnic pavillions, playground equipment, volleyball court and a swimming area as well as access to a trail along side the river. This parking lot offers a wonderful view of the grassy field and the Mousam River beyond. With its picnic tables, it's a popular spot for a lunch break.
