This is placed in honor of my dad, an avid photographer of trains and birds. I saw a similar one placed by Chairman73, GC9FB8A, super fun!
My dad was there 9/11, worked close to the WTC and was able to get out of the city, but witnessed some pretty horrific things. I think it haunted him more than we thought, as he died 17 years later on 9/11/18 due to a heart attack.
You do need a tool to access this cache, however, most of us have it with us.
Enjoy this special town, my mom still lives here, on a farm, right between the beautiful Massanutten and Shenandoah mountains, it's so peaceful here.
There are several Geocaches around here, and lots of restaurants and shops to peruse as well as the National Park and Luray Caverns! I'm sure you will enjoy your time here.
Hope you enjoy our first hide, if you like it, give me a heart, and my husband will feel so good about his creation.
