The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You will have to complete the Adventure Lab, Greta Migrant Camp to find the values of ABCD. The cache can be found at:

The camp no longer exists, only a few buildings and parts of the original buildings can be seen on either side of the road. The property is now privately owned and cannot be accessed. You can stand outside the gates or near the memorial wall and observe where the camps once stood. You can park near the gates and the memorial wall. Be careful of traffic along the road.
