Doppelganger

The cache is NOT TON at the posted coords.

The original Red Herring has lately been heavily into existentialism. He has been questioning many things. One particular night he swore that he saw himself standing next to the same boulder. His image gave him a great idea for a cache. But after this occurred, he still could not discern whether he has a doppelganger or a case of Heautoscopy. Fortunately one of his brothers got photos of both of them and this is what he captured:



So, amidst all this hocus pocus, you'll need to figure out where he hid his cache AND where he hid the puzzle!
