The event is an opportunity to be present for the launch of the "Notts Labcache Pool" project, when coordinated sets of Adventure Labs created by different owners 'go live' (27 five stage sets so far). The complete 'lab-art' can be completed from a single location, next to the event venue.

Everyone is welcome to attend the event, whether already involved in the project or not. Newcomers to caching and/or events are particularly welcome - we are happy to answer questions and offer help.
There is ample free parking next to the venue and across the road. The event is an opportunity to play the new Adventure Labs, share caching adventures and swap trackables.
The event venue is "Bryer's Bar + Kitchen" on Gotham Road in East Leake - drinks, cakes, hot food and snacks are available, however as Saturdays are particularly busy the owners will need pre-orders for a cooked breakfast and other hot meals. If you intend having a hot meal, make sure your choice from the attached 'brunch menu' is included with your "Will Attend" log. Pre-ordered meals will need to be paid-for, so if you are subsequently unable to attend the event let us know. Purchase of food & drinks is optional and not a requirement to attend the event - there is no need to pre-order drinks & 'cakes', just (hot) meals.
