Welcome to Chet Hobert Park (CHP)!
The park is open only from dawn to dusk. NO NIGHT CACHING!
Clarke County offers this multi-use park and the fairgrounds across the street to county residents and visitors, including geocachers. One of the amenities is a walking path that circles the park. Along the way you can enhance your caching/walking experience with stops at Fitness Stations that offer a broad variety of options for you to pursue.
This cache was placed as the ice breaker cache for the 2024 NoVAGO Spring Picnic which was held at Chet Hobert Park. Event attendees were able to "earn" the final coordinates through their participation in the ice breaker activity during the event.
Cachers who were not able to visit Chet Hobert Park for the event will have to solve a puzzle to determine the final coordinates.
