Wave to Tanner Trail TH as you continue on to a good parking spot near the cache. This is a pretty standard hide. Please use the natural camouflage to semi-hide the cache when finished.
This is the first of a series of micros along the Oak Creek Grade. There are seven colors in the Rainbow Series, starting with Silver and ending with Gold. Plus, there is one last bonus cache at the end.
There are a few cache types that I really don’t like:
1 – Micro tubes in general
2 – Tubes hanging in trees
3 – Caches with no room for trade items or trackables.
This series includes caches with some or all of those ghastly characteristics. (One rule I never break – don’t hang tubes in scrub oak.
Most should be pretty easy to find. Some are Park & Grab, others are Park – walk a short distance – and Grab.
