This cache is placed at the East Welcome to Rock Rapids sign. To open this cache you must find a bird that is perched 20 feet away from the birdhouse . I checked the distance using a gps distance app. Once you find the bird you must put it on the birdhouse perch which will unlock the log container. This micght sound more difficult than it is, because it is a very clean area with very few perching places.
