There is a parking area right off the freeway on the East side of the road, from there you can look towards the are of the posted coords for a set of numbers (or if you need to get a closer look, there is enough area to pull off at posted coords). This number represents XY
To get final coords:
- Add (XY) to the SECONDS of the posted NORTH coords (868) = Final North seconds
- Add (XY) to the SECONDS of the posted WEST coords (235) = Almost there
- THEN take half of (XY) and add it to the number you got in the 2nd bullet = Final West second
