I grew up along these rivers, hanging out at Mahon every summer in the water park with my cousin, or down at the Quay with my friends. I lived on Londsdale in an apartment building I affectionately refered to as 'The Flamingo House' and would watch the Seabus every night from my window. I moved to the forests of Lynn Valley before a flood took our home from us, and I moved away from the place I felt like I was most at home. Now, as an adult, I return like some reverse snowbird.
In the summer time, when everyone goes camping, I get to housesit for my friends who still live closeby to the places I love, the places I grew up. I decided to hide a cache nearby to show off this little hidden gem where I grew up.
