I was out on a walk and decided this was a good spot for a cache. This area leads to a big open field which I think would make a great area for a park. Interesting fact: in the winter MNDOT dumps all of its excess snow here from clearing highway 100. Sometimes it takes until late May for all the snow to melt and it leaves behind lots of trash.
