Most such commemorative reminders, if noticed at all, are usually driven by without stopping or reading. This series hopes to highlight the Island’s past through a number of quick, 2-stage multi caches that require visiting & reading such plaques.

PIONEER CEMETERY
HOPE RIVER
Sacred to the memory of those noble Irish, Scottish and
Acadian pioneers who settled this countryside and planted
the seeds of faith that continue to nurture their
descendants.
This memorial erected in their honor
by the parishioners of St. Ann’s Parish,
Hope River.
