Congratulations! If you got all the others, you have found the last colored micro in the OCG series. You’ve earned a gold medal. Of course, we all earn a gold star every time we find a micro.
Don't drive all the way up the dirt road to the trailhead. While searching, avoid the scrub oak. (I’d never put a micro in scrub oak!) Look for a couple of buddies.
This is number seven of a series of micros along the Oak Creek Grade. They started with Silver and ended with Gold. But you are not quite done once you find this one. There is one last bonus cache at the end.
There are a few cache types that I really don’t like:
1 – Micro tubes in general
2 – Tubes hanging in trees
3 – Caches with no room for trade items or trackables.
This series is full of hides that use those techniques.
