A Sweet Spot for a Geocache, don't you think?
The corner candy store was always a staple of growing up, back when those chalky, candy darts were sold and the slushie machine was always working. How many days can I remember going across the road and into the corner store, chatting with the owners as I bought penny candy? Every friday after school, I would walk across the street and spend the money I had earned from my weekly chores on those marshmallow bananas and sometimes a candy bar if I had enough money left over.
Even as an adult I think back to those bygone days, so when I saw this spot open, I had to take it.
Important Note: If you go towards the business, you've gone too far. Stay on the grass, not the pavement, and you should find it easily.
