Geocache Description:

My grandfather Bob Dean used to run Deans Mobil in bethel, vt. He used to own Deans radio shack and 2 deans auto parts in bethel and Rochester, Vermont. He loved to fly also. He learned to fly when he was 12 years old with his dad. He would always go flying in his biplane to do flying stunts at bethel forward festival or Rochester harvest fair. My grandfather was a fire chief for 46 years for bethel, Vt. He loved to play horseshoes at Sharon horse shows pit. This is why I picked this spot to honor him. He loved to play banjo, violin, guitar and harmonica. He used to had his own band called the Bethel Peapickers. He used to had a show in bethel vermont called the haw hee show. He always loved his family very much and spending time with them! He was a very hard worker and a big helper for the community. He was also in the masons for white river lodge #90. I thank you for being my grandfather and being my Buba! We all miss you and love you very much!
