The rolling hills and deep forests of West Virginia are home to a wide array of natural flora and fauna, and perhaps unsurprisingly, there are quite a few monster stories too! I have always enjoyed hearing tales that have been passed down through the generations about eerie things that roam the woods. Appalachia seems to provide the perfect environment for mysterious creatures and weird beings that call these hills home. Just a few are the Flatwoods Monster, Mothman, The Grafton Monster and The Snarly Yowl. Perhaps you'll see something on the way to this cache too!
