I seem to have been up on Canfield Mountain several times recently! Today I was prepared, with a cache in my backpack. I found what I think is a good spot. Depending on trail use at the time, stealth may be necessary. Why the name? There is a log formation that fits the name. Large logs form two "Xes" (if that is the correct plural of "X"), and they lead to a "T." You can ignore the "T". It is for informational purposes only. The cache is +/- 60' from the trail, tucked at one of the "X" spots. Please replace carefully and cover it well.
Why the colored fonts? This cache was placed on Memorial Day Weekend, so I chose patriotic colors.
Best parking is via Packsaddle Road, at Crestwood Court trailhead.
