Another in my occasional series of morning get-togethers, which aim to be within a few miles of the River Erewash, the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. All geocachers are welcome, for an hour or so of chat, the sharing of ideas, the exchange of trackables, and anything to do with our hobby.
This time we are meeting at the Bartlewood Lodge public house on Dale Road, Ockbrook, the main road between Ilkeston and Spondon - the postcode is DE72 3RY. There is an ample car park. A full range of breakfasts and drinks is available, but of course nobody is obliged to make a purchase. But it would be good if people who are coming could log their Will Attend, so that I can give the venue a bit of an idea.
Yet again, this is a new location for my events - with the numbers who have been coming of late I am more likely to look to pubs rather than cafes, as they tend to be bigger.
