To claim the find, you must venture to 3 sets of coordinates, (the third set being the final).
Any local should be familiar with the penguins. They are in mount pearl, Kelsey drive and stavanger drive. And I'm sure some are familiar with the series CtB used to have on these penguins, this multi was inspired by these now archived caches.

N47 A W52 B
A= N 47° 37.065' W 52° 42.900'
B= N 47° 37.015' W 52° 42.993'
(these coordinates should already be a waypoint for you)
The final cache is black and slightly bigger than 1 litre.
Stages 1 and 2 are park and grabs but require much stealth and the final is a short stroll (200 meters) on a flat surface.
This multi should only take you no more than 20 minutes.
