The first stage of this two-stage multi-cache will bring you to a two-sided monument of St James and Matthew represented on opposite sides. Using the information on the monument along with some simple counting of words and possibly some simple math, you will be able to calculate the coordintes to the final stage.

A = number of letters in the third line, first word
B = number of letters in the second line, third word
C = number of letters in the fourth line, second word
On the Matthew side:
D = add together the number of letters third line, word two and second line, word three
E = number of letters fifth line, first word
F = number of letters in fourth line, fith word
