Schwarzwaldklinik: Vertikaler Fluchtweg Mystery Cache

🇩🇪 In den 1980ern entfaltet sich die Schwarzwälder Provinzklinik als Epizentrum medizinischer und emotionaler Dramen. Der junge Dr. Udo Brinkmann jongliert nicht nur mit dem Skalpell, sondern auch mit den Herzen seiner Patientinnen und Kolleginnen. Parallel dazu wandelt sich Christa Mehnert von der Krankenschwester seines Herzens zur ärztlichen Kollegin und zur Frau seines Chefs und Vaters, Prof. Dr. Klaus Brinkmann. Ein Netz aus leidenschaftlichen Affären, das dichter ist als der Schwarzwald selbst. Zwischen chirurgischen Eingriffen bleibt ausreichend Zeit für emotionale Operationen im Beziehungs-OP.

Diese Cache-Serie (Übersicht hier) nimmt Euch mit auf eine Zeitreise in den ungestümen Liebeskosmos der Schwarzwaldklinik, wo Herzflimmern nur selten rein medizinische Ursachen hat.

Wer mit der Arzt-Schmozette nichts anfangen kann, darf auch einfach die schönen Landschaften der damaligen Drehorte genießen, ohne Familie Brinkmann und Co im Hinterkopf. Den Machern der Serie war damals wichtig, den Schwarzwald landschaftlich von seiner schönsten Seite zu zeigen.

If you can't get on with the medical slush, you can simply enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the film locations at the time, without the Brinkmann family and the others in mind. It was important to the producers of the series at the time to show the Black Forest from its most scenic perspective.

🇩🇪 Schwarzwaldklinik: Vertikaler Fluchtweg
In der Folge „Hafturlaub“ liegt der alte Ganove Hinzig in der Schwarzwaldklinik. Um einen Besuch seines Sohnes Toni, der in Freiburg im Gefängnis sitzt, zu ermöglichen, simuliert Hinzig einen Kreislaufkollaps. Dadurch erhält Toni Hafturlaub für einen Krankenbesuch. Doch der Sohn nutzt die Gelegenheit, um im Zug einen Koffer voller Schmuck zu rauben. Auf der Flucht vor der Polizei stürzt er bei einer Kletterpartie in einer Felswand in den Tod.
Die Szenen der Flucht und der tötliche Abstürz wurde hier in der Gegend gedreht. Die Koordinaten des Mysteries liegen an der Stelle, die auf dem Bild zu sehen ist.

Wegen des Straßenverkehrs und der mangelnden Parkmöglichkeiten muss der Ort nicht besucht werden. Die Dose ist etwas abseits versteckt. Der Cache liegt im Naturschutzgebiet "Schwarza-Schlücht-Tal". Bitte respektiert die Natur und verhaltet Euch entsprechend. Für den Cache müssen Eure Füße den Asphalt der Straße nicht verlassen.

🇬🇧 Black Forest Clinic: Vertical escape route
In the episode ‘Parole’, the old crook Hinzig lies hospitalised in the Black Forest Clinic. To enable a visit from his son Toni, who is in prison in Freiburg, Hinzig simulates a circulatory collapse. As a result, Toni is granted prison leave for a sick visit. But his son uses the opportunity to rob a suitcase full of jewellery on the train. While fleeing on the run from the police, he falls to his death while climbing a rock face.
The scenes of the escape and the fatal fall were filmed here in the area. The coordinates of the mystery are at the spot shown in the picture above.

Due to the road traffic and the lack of parking facilities, the site does not need to be visited. The box is a little away from there. The cache is located in the nature reserve ‘Schwarza-Schlücht-Tal’. Please respect nature and do things accordingly. Your feet do not need to leave the tarmac of the road for the cache.
