Geocache Description:

Cache #8 on the BPRD Geocaching Passport

Welcome to Edgewood Trail!

**Please park in parking lot and follow the trail to this cache, do not attempt to park in neighborhood and walk through the yards of the nearby homes!!**

Johnny Gisi Memorial Park serves as the trailhead for Edgewood Trail, with connections to 43rd Avenue, Century Avenue and Centennial Road. The park offers a playground, picnic shelter, youth tennis/pickleball courts, community gardens and a pollinator garden. The overlook area along the trail features interpretive signs about the Hay Creek corridor.

Bismarck Parks and Recreation District (BPRD) has partnered with the North Dakota Geocaching Association (NDGCA) and Bismarck-Mandan Area Geocachers to establish 12 geocaching sites within BPRD’s system of parks and trails.

To participate in the BPRD Geocache Challenge, take a passport from the container or get one in advance by printing it or picking it up from the park office during normal business hours. Match the hole punch to the coordinating number on the passport. Once you have found all 12 of the park caches, return to BPRD office at 400 E. Front Ave., Bismarck, to claim your prize!

Remember to place the container back exactly where you found it for the next visitor to enjoy!
