Everyone is welcome to join the NNJC mega event committee as we host "An Evening In The Park" post mega event to celebrate 10 years of mega events!
"The 2024 Metro Gathering ~ A Tree of Life' celebrates 10 years of mega events with interconnections of strength, growth and friendship that has been made over the past ten years of the geocaching community.
We will have a large sheet cake to enjoy as you spend time with your fellow geocachers, relax with good conversations with your post mega friends, or if you just need a place to unwind and relax - this is your opportunity.
Date & Time: June 15TH, 2024 ~ 5:00PM to 7:00PM
Please bring you own food, snacks and drinks. (No Alcohol) There will be some food trucks at the mega event 10:00-4:00 to purchase food prior to the 5:00 evening event.
East Jersey Old Town Village is a collection of historic structures that were relocated to Johnson Park in Piscataway. The village is comprised of sixteen reconstructed and replica 18th and 19th century structures that represent architecture typical of farm and merchant communities once found in the Raritan Valley.
Visitors today can explore the site and meet the historical interpreters that bring the Village to life through their historic trades and crafts. A gateway site for the Crossroads of the American Revolution National Heritage Area, situated along the Washington-Rochambeau National Historic Trail, the Village offers award winning exhibits, living history, and seasonal programs.
