I recently started a new job, driving. Just what I wanted, too!  Getting paid to geocache!!!!!  Yes, I figured it out.   During my first week, I drove by so many spots, many cemeteries, that could hold a new geocache or two, so I started carrying containers. This is the part in the series of "Back to Work I GO". Yes, I failed at retirement.

When you are on the road for 12 hours a day you know of the nasty restrooms you will never use again, OR you just cannot find a place to go when needed. Well this challenge honors those places by using a negative attribute challenge. This rest area, had nothing when I hid the cache, but the next day it had a couple porta cans. Porta cans to some people are unusable as well, expecially when they are over used. 

The challenge is to find caches with the following negative attributes in the listed quantity. These two attributes go hand in hand since you have no desire to get drink anymore if you cannot empty your bladder.
