This little spot is the highest point of Highland Park and thus offers the best view of the park. A short walk up a hill will be needed, but it shouldn't be too bad. Take some time to enjoy the view from the park...and also clean up after your dog if you have a four-legged friend.
The coordinates may be a tough off here (due to tight proximity issues). The hint should bring you to it.
