As some of you may know, we (Harry the furry squid and Optimist on the run) got engaged earlier this year. We're only planning a small wedding, so instead we'd like to invite our geocaching friends (whether you know us or not) to celebrate our engagement on Saturday 7th September between 1 and 5pm, at Shenstone Village Hall.
We'll be providing tea, coffee, cold drinks and a selection of home-made cakes, and have some geocaching related stalls, with representatives of Severn Mega and GAGB in attendance. We also plan to put out some new caches in the area, and there will be other activities during the afternoon which we'll announce later, so log your 'will attends' now to stay notified of them.
There is a car park at the venue. Shenstone is easily accessible from Birmingham and the A5, or (if you're feeling extravagent) the M6 Toll. Shenstone railway station is a short walk away, and has a frequent service from Lichfield and Birmingham New Street.
If you're interested in having a stall, please get in touch.
We look forward to seeing you there!
