Geocache Description:


This river walk in Colonial Beach is a very peaceful path along the edge of the Potomac River. This can be a quick grab if you want or you can spend some time enjoying the area. The pier is a wonderful place to enjoy and you can walk around on the boardwalk. There are a few LOVE signs in Colonial Beach, a very cool one is just a little past the cache. 

As you drive down Irving St toward the point, park at the end of the row. There is a small parking fee. Please do not park along the road, that is for those who live in the houses. 

You will need to bring a PEN! Bring small swag.

During the summer, this is a high muggle spot! The location of the cache should provide enough cover to allow you to hunt even if there are muggles on the beach. PLEASE make sure to place this cache back in the spot that you found it and not easy to spot when passing! We don't want it to be smuggled! This cache has been muggled once so please take care!

CAREFUL there are prickly pear cacti, the cache is NOT near those when placed (they may find their way there over time). It is a yellow tube with camo tape.

The hint will tell you right where it is.
