This cache IS AT the posted coordinates. In order to claim a find you must have found 35 geocaches that are rated 1-1.5 Difficulty AND 4.5-5 Terrain. Since these caches are meant to be really easy, but extremely challenging to get to, they represent that you are a brawn cacher instead of a brain cacher (or both
