The cache was placed in a public place within an easy walk from a popular Ice Cream shop (during the summer). Suggested parking at either of the businesses accross the street (if the traffic is not heavy) OR if you dont want to walk accross the street, at the Car Wash/Laundrymat at the corner of McCord and Bancroft. Note: There is a creek between the apartment building parking lot and the cache.
Technically, this cache is wheelchair accessible, but because handicapped parking is a bit of a distance away, I did not specify Terrain 1.
