Under det ryska kriget 1808-1809 upprättades ett sjukhus i Röbäck för att ta hand om de sårade soldaterna. Dödligheten var dock stor och soldaterna begravdes i en massgrav. I graven ligger det ca 570 anonyma personer begravda. Idag finns det ett monument på gravplatsen för att hedra de döda soldaterna.
Enligt ryktet är detta en hemsökts plats, där vålnaderna efter soldaterna går att se i området.

During the Russian War of 1808-1809, a hospital was established in Röbäck to take care of the wounded soldiers. However, the mortality was high, and the soldiers were buried in a mass grave. In the grave lies approximately 570 anonymous soldiers. Today a monument is raised on the grave to honour the dead soldiers.
According to the rumours, this is a haunted location, where the apparitions of dead soldiers could be seen in the area.
