Probably add all 4 numbers to start with...but hang on to this sum.
Middle digit of the fourth number and the middle digit of the third number.
Fourth number, but take the second and third digits and swap them around.
Take the second and third digits of the sum of all four numbers , but swap them about.
Take the first 3 digits of the sum and add 30.
