Count the number of letters in the final word for A. Count the number of times the letter "C" comes up for B.

As far as I can tell, this town has nevr hosted a geocache until now. The closest any has come is GCAHJ7D 4.5 miles east of town.

This geocache is placed with permission, but the entire town doesn't all know about this - use stealth. This is a community watch area after all.
