Kota Kinabalu City Park
The City Park is a landscaped garden in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, offering a small refuge from the sweltering metropolitan heat with its flowering trees and shrubs. Nestled opposite the KK City Hall (formerly the State High Court), the park features a pair of water buffalo statues, a circular pergola draped with creepers, and the North Borneo War Memorial , a monument honoring the soldiers who fell during World War I and II.
The monument, composed of a granite obelisk and a stone plaque at its base, is the park’s most striking structure. In previous years, the park also served as an open bus terminal for local and outbound routes such as the Sabah–Brunei–Sarawak (Lawas, Miri) cross-border services, as well as trips to Menumbok. These routes have since shifted to Jalan Padang and KK Sentral.
The Challenge:
This is the first Mystery Cache ever created and placed in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The Mystery Cache has now been updated to a single-stage cache.
To obtain the coordinates, solve the jigsaw puzzle. Once completed, the final coordinates will be revealed. Good luck!
