This cache leads to the North Dandalup dam.
There is a lovely grassed area, perfect for enjoying a picnic. There are free gas barbecues if you fancy cooking a hot lunch or dinner. The area is surrounded by lush, native forest.
There is a breathtaking, unbroken view to Mandurah, the Peel inlet and the Indian Ocean.
Be aware that the dam is a drinking water catchment, so we can't swim in it, and no dogs are allowed.
There are restrooms open until 6pm in the warmer months, and 5pm in the cooler seasons.
