An old ranching area in Rail-X that includes several corrals, a working windmill and some buildings, plenty of free range cattle in the area as well.
A high clearance vechile is likely needed to get close, roads are uneven and sandy, use your own judgement. Beware of usual desert stuff.
Cache is a good size container, with room for trades.
