The cache is at the posted coordinates but to be able to log a find you must have met the following criteria.
If you find you don't qualify for the challenge just yet, log a Write Note and then edit to a Found log once you do meet the challenge.
You must sign the log book in order to claim a find.
To qualify for this you'll need to have filled up your 365 days caching grid. That is, to have found a cache on every day of the year . Not all dates need to be in the same year, just a complete grid since you started caching will do the trick. This challenge allows for the Leap Day to be skipped.
I qualified with 366 dates of 366 completed.
