I started Geocaching way back on the 21st of June 2014. My friend and walking buddy Kelly aka GraciesGPSfun was into it and I thought I'd give it a go. At the time Okaihau had CHLYBN who lived in Kaikohe and had found over a thousand geocaches. Wow, that seemed like a lot. He was also keen on hiding them and had lots of caches in our little town. Initially I couldn't really understand the concept that you'd actually bother to drive to find them. Well, haven't times changed!!
I've met so many wonderful people and had some great adventures over the years. I love events and thought a dinner with my friends would be a lovely way to spend this anniversary evening. I hope you can make it.
