I thought it might be a fun experiment to set up a random postcard exchange between geocachers. How fun would it be to get a little souvenir in the mail from a random geocacher?!
Participation is OPTIONAL. You can simply find the cache and sign the regular logbook. Do not take a postcard if you don't intend to mail it!
If you wish to participate:
RULES FOR THE POSTCARD EXCHANGE:
1. Fill out your name and address on 1 postcard (neatly, so the post office can read it). I started the cache with 200 world travel postcards that you can choose from.
2. Write a fun message on a different postcard with a different geocacher's address already filled out and sign your Geocaching name (and perhaps your state of origin).
Please keep the message family-friendly. It can be about your real-life experience at the Cache Bash OR a fictional story based on the random postcard you choose. Be real or be creative. Both are fun!
3. After you write your message, put on a stamp and mail the completed postcard! Coordinates to the West Bend Post Office and a Post Box near Regner Park are added as a waypoint if you want to mail right away.
I pre-stamped 100 random postcards!
