Step back in time and see a glimpse of history with this easy park & grab. Inside the cache is a brief history of the original Markle house (built in 1816) and the current house, which was built in 1848 and is listed in the Indiana and National Histortic Registries. (It is, however, our private home and not a museum.) The cache is easily accessible from the street side of the fence and parking is availble across the street at Old Mill Dam Park. Please be mindful of traffic!
