Independence River Float & Clean Up
~~~ Event Time: 8:30am-9:30am ~~~
DATE:Dam.
DAY, July 7th 2024
Let's enjoy an Independence Day weekend kayak paddle, CITO clean up, fellowship and search some high terrain geocaches. May also be some new land caches in the surrounding areas.
** Standard trash/debris CITO with river float to follow. May want to bring your grabber tools. I will have rubber gloves available & plastic bags. We will be cleaning up the Launch site, parking areas and any other areas nearby a geocacher can find/reach some litter. Might be some firework debris so let's get that cleaned up too.
You don't have to kayak or go down the river to attend the CITO event. I do highly recommend Kayaking with the group if you havent before. Leave a comment if you are in need of a kayak and perhaps a fellow cacher has an extra!
Hope to see you there!!!
Details below:
