Neve Amal is a nice and quiet neighborhood in east Herzliya.
In the center of the neighborhood there is a park named after Yizhak Rabin, Israel's 5th prime minister which was assassinated on 4th of November 1995.
The cache is hidden in a nice shaded gazibu. Below are the pictures of it. You can stroll along the park until you find the place, or try to geoguess it upfront.
