Before there were geocaches, there were time capsules. Both are secured, water-tight containers full of swag. Meant for people in the future to find and open. However, time capsules are generally only opened once, and usually far into he future.
The posted coordinates will bring you to what is probably the largest time capule in Israel. Placed in 1996 by "Israel Bonds" to preserve personal items relating to Israel and Zionism. The structure includes 3 large containers that are meant to be opened in the year 2176.
About the cache:
This is an easy 2-stage multicache. Once you reach the posted coordinate you need to find the two stone plaques that explain about the time capsule. The first one is shown below. Once you find the second one, face the plaque, and the cache will be directly behind you.
Parking:
Parking in this area during the day can be tough. I listed a waymark for nearby parking that usually clears out in the evenings. If it's full you can park on the far side of Liberty Bell Garden (free) and from there it's less than a 10 minute walk.
Archaeology:
If you have time, I recomend wandering around the park. You will find there many ancient ruins, including Mikve (ritual baths) and buirial sites, dating back thousands of years.
