Geocache Description:

Pasapkedjiwanong is the Algonquin name for the Rideau River, which means "the water that runs between the rocks."

This cache is within sight of the long-awaited connection between Carleton University and the northern part of Vincent Massey Park. This bridge unlocks human-scale transportation across the river, which previously had to be crossed on the massive, elevated, traffic-heavy Dunbar Bridge or the distant Billings or Hog's Back Bridges.

---
