DE NJ 🗺️🌎

This is a tale (NOT a tail) of two Red Herrings. One from Southern Delaware and one from North Jersey. The DE Red Herring lives here: N38 44.743 W75 11.859; the NJ Red Herring lives here: N40 57.464 W74 09.008. They realized that they were 162.4555 miles apart and from DE, @ 19.7178°. It was hard for them to get together to plan a cache, so they resorted to encrypted email communication. But despite the distance, they managed to work through water to come up with this puzzle & hide a cache for you. Now just use all the information here to find where they hid it- DE or NJ.
