This cache is placed on a short nature walk at a picnic area on the state highway several km south of Reefton.
It is a convenient stopping area for travellers with plenty of room to pull off the road even for larger vehicles.
There is a picnic table on a grassy area under the trees and also a toilet.
The nature walk is a very pleasant stroll and takes less than 15 minutes, enough to stretch the legs and absorb what mother nature provides.
There is no room in the cache for trackables and you will need to bring your own pen. Please return as found and make sure it is protected from any wildlife.
