Please do not try and access this cache from the highway. Take the Debert exit, and drive along the dirt access road.
We were just driving along, minding our own business on our way to get another cache. When we saw this "lady", attached to the birch tree right along the road side. No idea of what the meaning is, or why she's there. But decided to leave a little cache to find with her. This is a very easy park and grab.
